Planning family and group flight enquiries to Africa

Family and group journeys are easier to review when every traveller and practical requirement is clear from the start. Use this checklist to organise the enquiry while treating seating, assistance and availability as matters requiring confirmation.

Ask for personal flight assistance

Share your journey only when you are ready. Opening a contact action or moving to the form does not create a lead.

UK team hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

The team aims to respond within 24 business hours. This is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or reservation, and no online payment is taken.

Record traveller details accurately

Use each traveller’s name exactly as it appears on the travel document before any booking is agreed. In the enquiry, give the correct totals for adults, children and infants and provide child ages where the form requests them.

Coordinate one shared itinerary

Explain whether everyone must travel together and whether any traveller starts from a different UK airport. For a multi-city journey, list the intended order and identify dates that cannot move. Current availability and conditions must be checked before agreement.

Treat seating as a request

Tell the consultant about seating preferences and any need to keep an adult near a child, but do not treat an enquiry or displayed itinerary as a seat assignment. Seating requests are subject to the relevant airline and cannot be guaranteed by Flights Way Ltd.

List baggage and assistance needs

Include pushchairs, child seats, sports equipment, medical equipment, mobility assistance and other special requirements. Baggage allowances and special-assistance arrangements depend on the specific itinerary and require confirmation.

Use flexibility carefully

If some dates or UK departure airports are flexible, say which alternatives the group can genuinely use. This helps the consultant review current options without assuming travel details on your behalf.

Check documents for every child

Document requirements can depend on destination, transit points, family relationship and who accompanies the child. Use current GOV.UK destination advice and the relevant authorities rather than relying on a general rule. Flights Way Ltd does not provide immigration advice.

Submit an enquiry when the group is ready

The existing flight form collects journey, passenger and contact details. The team aims to respond within 24 business hours. Submission is an enquiry only, not a confirmed reservation, and no online payment is taken.
