- Customers must ensure that all details provided during booking are accurate.
- Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- We accept secure online payments through our designated payment gateway.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in booking cancellation.
- In cases where full payment is not made at the time of purchase, the minimal deposit payable is 80 GBP. The initial deposit is non-refundable and is required within 24 hours of reservation to ensure Travel Consultancy services and maintain seat Reservation.

3. Ticket Issuance & Fares

- Ticket prices are subject to availability and may change before issuance.
- Once a ticket is issued, fare conditions apply as per the airline’s policy.
- Name changes after ticket issuance are generally not allowed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and processing times depend on the airline.
- Service fees and airline penalties may apply to cancellations and refunds.

5. Changes & Amendments

- Any changes to a booking are subject to airline policies and may incur additional charges.
- Date changes may be possible but depend on seat availability and fare conditions.

6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.
- Flights Way Ltd does not take responsibility for denied boarding due to incorrect travel documents.

7. Liability Limitation

- Flights Way Ltd is not responsible for any airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
- We act as a booking agent and are not liable for any losses due to service provider failures.
- Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

- If you have a complaint, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of your travel date.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
- Any legal claims will be subject to UK law and jurisdiction.
