2. Enquiries, Booking & Payment

Customers should ensure that the details supplied with an enquiry are accurate.
Displayed flight details are not a booking or reservation and do not reserve a seat.
The website does not take online payment.
Availability, total price, taxes, baggage and applicable conditions are confirmed directly by the consultant.
If you decide to proceed, the consultant will explain the applicable payment, supplier, cancellation and amendment terms before you agree.
Airline, hotel and other supplier conditions may also apply.

3. Ticket Issuance & Fares

Ticket prices are subject to availability and may change before issuance.
Once a ticket is issued, fare conditions apply as per the airline’s policy.
Name changes after ticket issuance are generally not allowed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and processing times depend on the airline.
Service fees and airline penalties may apply to cancellations and refunds.

5. Changes & Amendments

Any changes to a booking are subject to airline policies and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.
Flights Way Ltd does not take responsibility for denied boarding due to incorrect travel documents.

7. Liability Limitation

Flights Way Ltd is not responsible for any airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
We act as a booking agent and are not liable for any losses due to service provider failures.
Customers should review official destination guidance and understand the relevant airline or hotel provider terms before confirming travel arrangements.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of your travel date.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
Any legal claims will be subject to UK law and jurisdiction.

If you decide to proceed after an enquiry, the consultant will explain the terms that apply before you agree to a booking or payment.
